WIP WEEK is a week dedicated to updating fic or art WIPs. All fandoms are welcome to participate. Please tag your entries with the #wipweek or #wip week tag. Since multiple fandoms and ships are participating, please clearly list the fandoms, ships, and content warnings in the post so that they can be properly tagged for any potential readers.
The first WIP Week will be held from June 25, 2017 to July 1, 2017. If the first week does well, WIP Week will be made into a regular event every two months.
Each day will have a theme, but you do not have to post every day. You are also not obligated to follow these themes. You can work on one fic or artwork for the entire week if you choose. If you’re not comfortable posting full updates but still want to participate in the week, you can post your daily word count and a small snippet from your work.
Here are the themes for the week:
June 25: Your Oldest WIP
June 26: Your Newest WIP
June 27: Your Favorite WIP
June 28: Your AU WIP
June 29: Your Canon-Verse WIP
June 30: Your Most Popular WIP
July 1: Your Previously Unpublished WIP

Hurt/Comfort Bingo is a low-pressure and fun prompt challenge dedicated to hurt/comfort centered fanworks. The actual round lasts from June to January; from January to the next June there will be several smaller amnesty challenges.
Sign up and we’ll give you a 5×5 table of hurt/comfort prompts that you can fill out in certain patterns to earn banners and achievements (or just participate for the hell of it). There are weekly motivation posts and discussions between regulars going; at the heart of it this challenge is for people who like hurt/comfort, want to write/read/draw/see/podfic/hear more of it, and a looking for something to inspire them through the year.
You need a LiveJournal or Dreamwidth account to sign-up and to post your finished bingo to the comm, but the fanworks themselves can be hosted wherever you’re comfortable with, including Tumblr.
