Fic related: you know what our fandom is missing? A groundhog day fic. Is there one? Because if there is, point me its way? I love groundhog day fics, and I was thinking… Jev being stuck in the same day, doesn’t know what needs to change to get him out of it (I was thinking maybe Daniil being signed instead of him for RBR is what breaks the spell, because obviously Jev would keep signing the contract again and again if offered), and after not being able to get out of it, Jev eventually confides in Dan, and Dan being Dan actually believe him. So in the course of a couple every-day-the-same-days Jev falls in love with Dan but that falling in love is not the thing that makes the spell break.

Or maybe it’s just me being hung up on the idea of Jev saying ‘Just for once I want to wake up next to you and not alone in my bed again.’

I’ve been thinking this since I saw it on that quiz thing that was going round a while back. Except it’d probably be set in 2008, maybe in Hungary or Singapore >.>
