Last night i couldn’t sleep because i felt sick and i was getting myself worked up into more and more of a state, and in desperation, to give my mind something else to keep it occupied, i just started to count, really quickly to keep my brain moving. And y’know what, it absolutely worked. I was falling asleep in like five minutes, and stopped feeling sick immediately. I wasn’t expecting such a great result – it honestly was a desperate try i thought would fail in no time – but i need to remember that one.

So that’s my tip for stress and insomnia – harness the power of numbers! 👍
