Sooo 5 thingies, k,

1) I have no qualms about breaking out into song at any given point in time. I basically have no embarrassment level so that’s handy.

2) I work in a library and no matter how old a “kid” is that comes up to my desk, I give them a sticker. And a bookmark. Ok, adults can have stickers too.

3) I fucking love Halloween and much like the sticker thing, I dont care old you are, you get fucking candy from me.

4) I am really protective. Let’s face it. I’m that friend where if someone fucks with you, say the word and I will hunt that mother pus bucket down with a baseball bat. Though to be really honest, I do it for strangers too. If you need help, I will do whatever I possibly can. And years of studying criminal justice have only taught me how to either make it look like an accident, how to effectively hide the body, or make it seem like self defense. You’re welcome. Just think of me as your neighborhood friendly Frank Castle. Only with boobs.

5) I am the biggest dork in existence. Seriously. I love Star Wars, LOTR, horror movies, comic books. Musicals. I really love musicals. I go to conventions and make my own cosplays as well as ones for my daughter and all her friends. I dig most things involving vampires and ghosts. The list doesnt end. And I dont care to admitting to all of those things.

Okay, I have always bern terrified of doing these but I will give it a shot..

1. I will always put others first, even if I have just had the most awful day if someone needs something I will try to help.
2. I love animals, and want to train dogs to help aid people who need them because it is difficult to get that over here
3. I always push myself to keep going, even when i feel my heart aching and everything pushing me down, I wont let it destroy me
4. My eyes are nice in the sun
5. I like to think I am approachable, even to strangers who I am terrified of, if someone asks me for help I try to give it to them

5 things I like about myself

1) I’m supportive through good and bad times.  I’m always there for my family, close friends and girlfriend.  They do the same for me.

2) I’ve managed to overcome the toughest year of my life.  I was unemployed, depressed and every day was the same – struggling to get out of bed in the morning, then when I eventually did get out of bed, I just wanted to go back into it and sleep the day away.  I found myself drinking to excess and abusing drugs on a regular basis.  A year on and I’m in a job I really enjoy, I’m healthy and much happier with life in general.  That’s something I am proud of because this time last year I didn’t think I’d see 2018.

3) I’ve represented Scotland at football and hope to do so again this year.

4) My dress sense.  I think I can look decent sometimes, at least I don’t wear huaraches and jeans that are so tight they look like my sisters leggings.  That seems to be popular at the moment.

5) I’m always up for a good time whether it’s just a night in the pub, going out for a meal, going to the cinema.  9 times out of 10 I’ll say yes to doing most things, it’s about the company more than anything.

I love positivity even though I find it hard to be positive about myself! So here goes… (thanks @beheren0w)

1. The support I give to friends and family. I’d do anything for the people i love and I always offer support in whatever way i can, and to me that’s so so important

2. My weight loss. I have bad days, and really I think it’s taken me a long time to lose this weight, but I’ve lost 51lbs (3st9) so far and I’m a lot happier and more body confident

3. My preference of good memories over saving money. So this could be a negative thing I suppose, because I tend to blow all my money on going out etc, even though I do try really hard to save for important things (August!), but to me its just so much more important to make happy memories with the people I love than miss out because something is expensive

4. My boobs. Ngl they make me pretty happy and I hope they’ll make others happy in the future 😈

5. My music taste. I always want to discover more music, but I’m happy with the stuff i listen to, I guess I’m quite mainstream but I’m proud of the bands that I listen to 🙂

1. I like my style. I love dressing up, tho I don’t get to do it more than once a week at best because it’s not practical, but I know what suits me and I love to accessorise and co-ordinate outfits. I aspire to that line about Iris Apfel: “You’re not pretty, and you’ll never be, but you have style!”

2. I don’t laugh at friends’ mistakes, or the misfortunes of strangers. If I see someone slip on ice and fall on their arse, I’ll politely pretend I didn’t see. That stuff isn’t funny to me at all, it’s never funny seeing someone being embarrassed. Being laughed at is the worst and I try my best not to do it at others (tho that’s admittedly easier said than done when you get asked dumb questions all the time ¬_¬)

3. I’m independent. I’m happy (probably happiest) in my own company and am never afraid to do things alone, when I want to do them. I like being the feeling of just being able to take everything in and concentrate on your own experience! 

4. Stealing one from Jess here but I like my taste in music (and other media too). My tastes are diverse and eclectic and I know it’s wanky but I’m often just not interested in the big popular ~things – I don’t set out to do it deliberately, I just naturally love an underdog or someone who’s underrated or overlooked! I feel like you can see this from one glance at my faves, lol.

5. I think I’m pretty funny, even if not everyone agrees lol.
