Hmm I love a day off and often it’s good for me but today it just gave me time for my mind to wander in unkind directions and I couldn’t even keep busy cos it was too cold/I didn’t have the energy to really do much. My brain just keeps picking at a knot but I’m worried that knot is what’s holding me together, lol.
