Tbf life expectancy is now over 85 years. That’s still 20 years of life, and we know that elderly care is one of the most underfunded and forgotten backwaters of social care. I’m thinking this because my mum is 70, with various age-related health problems, and I don’t like being reminded that the time she’ll be here is getting ever more limited. Plus she voted remain, and she’s from a comfortable white middle class background, so really, if she can manage to not be a bigot, anyone can. If your parents or grandparents voted leave, you should’ve talked to them about it before the election. My mum was a lot more conservative before I was an adult and able to harangue her lol.

Part of me’s like “haha fuckers, enjoy your recession!” because I want everyone who voted leave to face the consequences of their idiocy, but… everyone’s going to have to live through it. And it was the previous recession that made everyone so mean and grasping. 😦

These are my exact feelings :S

incorrectf1quotes:

DC: Coulthard demands an answer to the following question: If you saw delicious candy in the hands of a small child, would you seize and consume it?

Daniel: Unthinkable.

Christian: I wouldn’t think of it.

DC: What about you, Mr. Marko? I remind you, you are under a Truthoscope.

Marko: *sweating profusely* Uh, well ah, the question is, uh, is vague. You don’t say what kind of candy, whether anyone is watching, or uh… *clears throat* At any rate, I wouldn’t certainly wouldn’t harm the child.
*Truthoscope goes off noisily*
