i am re-reading the msscribe story for the 800th time and one of the most amazing parts, in retrospect, was that she claimed joe biden fired her for writing fanfiction

in case you’ve never read CharlotteLennox’s account of THE MSSCRIBE AFFAIR, it is easily as engrossing a read (and re-read and re-re-read) as any mystery novel I’ve ever encountered. i TOTALLY FORGOT joe biden was involved. spectacular from start to finish.

CrystalWank passed me by until much much later but my other all-time fave was Cassandra Clare. So sad that we don’t get fandom wanks like this anymore. 😦

on one hand i hate this site and the “culture” of it so much but on the other hand no other site lets me amass all my bizarre interests in one place then stream them straight to my skull at a speed that breaks the sound barrier.

I got a new computer and ofc the first thing I did was install Xkit lol but I can’t get the header to look “classic”??? Idk why! I’ve compared it with my old extensions but can’t find any difference! It’s not like it’s a big deal but I hate not knowing why stuff has gone wrong. Also even though I’ve installed New Xkit, it’s giving me old Xkit messages about not being able to connect to the server and shit. Ugh damn technology lol
