Phew I thought I was gonna have to do something productive for a minute there before I remembered I have memes to do! Tagged by @missoneminute, thank you!

1. What’s the strangest thing that you cry over?

I’m not much of a crier over things, which is why it’s extra-baffling how much I cry at Toy Story 3 every time I watch it.

2. What’s your happiest memory?

I’m gonna be disgustingly and uncharacteristically cheesy and say when I got together with my bf. I’d liked him for months and it was such a feeling of “Oh wow sometimes things actually do work out!” Ain’t that romantic~?

3. What scents remind you of happy experiences?

The smell of bergamot reminds me of that era of my life, when we got together, because I had a bergamot perfume I used to wear then. Sage reminds me of travelling in the US, specifically Taos Pueblo and Santa Fe, places I loved. I also have a jasmine perfume that reminds me of the first time I went to Silverstone. 

4. Name the meal that you’d have on your last day on earth.

I’m sure this would vary day by day but I’ve been looking at Brazilian menus so I’m gonna say churrascaria, haha. Including salad bar and caipirinhas of course!

5. Do you believe in ghosts?

If I think about it I don’t reeeeally believe, but that doesn’t stop me being scared of them haha. I guess I’m a ghost agnostic lol.

6. The first song you really loved?

Almost certainly a Beatles song – probably something like Help! Either that or The Mighty Quinn by Manfred Mann, or Walk in the Light by Sidney Carter, which was one of the very few records belonging to my mother, lol. Oh and Tell Laura I Love Her, which I used to make my dad sing to me, despite it’s incredibly morbid story lol.

7. The first person you ever had a crush on?

A boy I knew from age 5 with who I sort of had an association with throughout primary school, lol. He was funny but never very bright and ofc now it turns out he’s a fuckin’ Brexiteer, as I could’ve predicted tbh.

8. Dark, milk or white chocolate?

I love dark chocolate but I think my absolute fave is that milk chocolate that has very high cocoa solids, like you get at Hotel Chocolat.

9. If you could live anywhere, where would you choose?

I would love to live in Japan for a bit, either in Osaka or Hiroshima, but that desire isn’t quite as strong as it was 5 or 10 years ago. I’d also love to (be able to afford to) live in London, tho idk if I could ever permanently leave Yorkshire ngl, haha.

10. Who is your favourite person on earth?

Ugh I don’t wanna say my bf again that’s boring. But he’s def the person I can tolerate being around the most lol so in the absence of a more imaginative answer, he’ll do. Which is what I’ll say on our wedding day if we ever get around to getting married lol.

11. Do you have any tattoos and if not, do you want any?

I don’t, and I can think of a few things I might consider – a Yorkshire rose, a mugendai, a number 19 – but I’m not good with pain so it’ll probably never happen lol.
